"We tried the Thanksgiving Brunch at the Henley located in the Southlake Hilton and were more than pleasantly surprised. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The food selections were incredible and quite delicious. You can also order an omelet cooked to order. We left more than satisfied!"

"Waited 30 minutes at breakfast for tiny $14 yogurt parfait (pepper shaker in photo for scale) that I had to order 3 times from 3 different people before it finally got to me. I have no idea who my server was and I also had to track down someone to get my bill. A yogurt parfait is available in the coffee shop outside the restaurant that’s twice the size and half the price. I should point out that in the bar at night we’ve always had great service and snacks. Multiple visits there have been wonderful however my 2 visits to the restaurant side during the day have been very disappointing. Today I came away from my experience feeling as though they were more interested in pleasing the people paying $79 for their thanksgiving buffet rather than pleasing the hotel guests paying hundreds to stay overnight. EDIT: I never heard anything back despite the mention below that they’d reach out to me."

"Diana made our visit there very pleasant. After being stuck at the hotel for an extra five days due to weather. Other staff were nice as well and always greeted us with smiles. The restaurant helped out by having buffet dinner and breakfast, along with the normal menu. This was the coldest weather they had seen"

"I am surprised by the positive reviews. We dined on a Saturday night and they only had 2 waiters for the entire restaurant so I can forgive the long wait time. That being said our wait time to put in our order and be served food was well over two hours. I could have accepted the wait time if the food was amazing but it was anything but. It almost appeared as though they ran out of salt. The pasta had absolutely no flavor and the crab inside tasted like old crab from a can. The shrimp appetizer was the only decent part of the meal but the coleslaw under it was drenched in mayo. For the price of food and upscale ambiance I would have expected flavorful food and the least, but it was terrible. I do not recommend this restaurant."

"Beyond expectations! I was unaware the restaurant at the Hilton Southlake changed. We booked a room for the weekend and decided to stay on property to dine. We enjoyed fabulous cocktails, the exceptional Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer and two entrees. The salmon was prepared perfectly and the sweet potato hash was amazing. My bf had the ribeye and it was also delicious. Heather was the best. She checked on us throughout our dining and made sure all requests were met."
