"Had a cool experience at JoVi. Really liked their vibe and they have a lot of offerings for a relatively small roaster. I left with their Ethiopian and I definitely get the tasting notes listed. I hope they continue to grow and add a few different things as they continue to grow. In the future I would like them to have a few different roast levels offered, as well as a full tasting room. I think that a lot of modern coffee enthusiasts are looking for light roast offerings and the ability to taste different coffees in house helps you make sure you are bringing the right bag home. As far as their website I would also love from them to offer more than a 12oz bag. Typically I order 1-2 pounds when I have found a coffee that I love. I don't want this review to sound critical because it is really just nitpicking for a place I believe will have a bright future."
