"Great coffee beans and a great experience when buying them. I gave up on trying to make good espresso at home years ago after too many frustrations, but recently decided to try it again. I wasted so many beans it's not even funny. I followed all the steps until I finally realized I either need to try some proven beans, need help from someone who knows what they are doing, or both. After reading the great reviews, I drove to Zelie hoping I'd be able to get just that, and that's exactly what I got. Joseph really is as awesome as the other reviews state. He showed me around the shop and gave me some great advice. He happily answered all my dumb questions and also taught me about the process of coffee beans from pant to coffee pot. And at the end of it all, I came home and finally was able to dial in great tasting espresso shots. The beans really do make a massive difference, and the Evelyn's Espresso Blend beans are forgiving and easier to dial in than anything I had used before. The cherry on top is this is a local small business and one that you can feel good about supporting."

Joseph the owner is also a master roaster and grinds up the coffee to your liking! He will ask questions on how you will prepare it to make sure it’s the right grind!
