"This beautiful coffee shop is extraordinarily spacious and comfortable. Two levels for seating. The coffee is top notch, brunch food is good too. It’s a perfect spot to meet up with someone or study. Third Gen has a great location as well. It’s easy to walk to the other little shops nearby."

"I don't live in The Woodlands, but I make it a point to stop here every time I'm near. The coffee is delicious, the service is warm and friendly, and they take the time to make sure you get just what you want. My husband is a Sbux guy, so they described the difference between Third Gen (4 shots of espresso comes standard instead of 3, so he didn't have to order an extra shot) and my breve/cortado was rich and flavorful. The highlight was the English style sausage roll. Crispy roll with super flavorful sausage and spicy mustard."

Open & airy - lots of industrial pieces combined with plants & art. There is also patio seating outside that is kid/dog friendly. Great spot for studying, working on your laptop, or meeting a friend for a morning coffee. I love their frozen cold brew and my friend highly recommends the London Fog tea! Assortment of croissants and small bites available to purchase. Decent pricing for cafes in the area. Parking onsite & quick service. Highly recommend this quaint shop!"

Everyone that works there were super sweet to us and they work fast, props to them! Perfect place to come and study when you need some time away. Definitely coming back!"
