"I’ve always enjoyed the smoothies here, but my recent experience was disappointing. The smoothie I got this time wasn’t blended properly — I could taste chunks of veggies, unlike before when it was always smooth and consistent. I’m sharing this as positive feedback, not criticism. I hope the owner and team can look into it and maintain the same quality as before. I really like this place and just want to see the service improve."

"I placed an order online, but when I arrived, I was told they were out of probiotic. I asked to just have the smoothie without it, but instead of preparing my order, the staff continued cleaning and doing other tasks while I stood waiting. Eventually, they asked if I still wanted the smoothie, but by then I had to leave for another commitment. I never received my order or a refund. The service was extremely disappointing, and I was essentially charged for nothing. I would not recommend this location."

"Dirty when you walk in and the food is old and they don’t even make the food right. I ordered the southwest quesadilla and all it had was a little bit of bland chicken and all cheese,where is all the other ingredients? Also ordered the ciabatta sandwich and it was all old and not even fresh the lettuce was all rotted. Got a smoothie it tasted like crap too. What a shame. They’re not even busy and they can’t even make the food right?? Waste of money."

"Tropical Smoothie has left my smoothie out of delivery orders multiple times. Every time I call to report the issue their solution is usually that I can come pick it up, which defeats the entire purpose of getting it delivered. Also, their quality of service is inconsistent. When I’ve called to report the issue, sometimes they sound sorry and other times they sound apathetic/rude. The other day, they left both the smoothie and chips out of my combo meal. When I went in to get my missing items later that day, the manager immediately went into a spiel about how they couldn’t refund me. Mind you, I never asked for one. They obviously don’t have a good system for delivery pickups. It seems like they just put out whatever’s ready instead of waiting for the whole order to be ready, since this happens so frequently."

"Zero stars realistically speaking, don't even get me started. It was so bad, as soon as I walked in there was vapes on the tables that the workers were sitting at. We stood there for two minutes before they even got up to take our orders, they just sat their own their phones. A worker had a huge hole in her leggings, no hairnets, blowing smoke in the kitchen, attitudes, and frozen food. If you're unhappy with your job don't let the customers see that. Get a new job and don't be disgusting about it."
