"I initially loved this place however, what new method they are using to cook the croissant donuts is a no go. 12/26 I went by and purchased two chocolate sprinkled croissant donuts. They were extremely hard, dry, and difficult to eat. I took them back today 12/27. It took them forever to look up my transaction although I had the donuts in hand, and the transaction on my card readily available for verification. They replaced my donuts to only receive even worse quality. The entire donut was burnt, larger yes, but extremely dry and not the quality of a delicate soft croissant. I tried twice, whatever new recipe they’re trying is a no go."

"No six donut box for some reason, extremely over priced and poorly packaged. The two specialty donuts were smashed together into a bag and the icing of the two leaked through the bag! Worth a try but never going back, I'll take my business to Shipley's where they at least take the time to appropriately package my donuts which are a quarter of the price."

"What happened… I ordered a bag of chocolate knots- Five were smaller than just one use to be.. about the size of a donut hole. :( And the beignet donut was so flat, hard & tasteless, such a disappointment. Use to be worth the extra expense… this was not!!! Such a sad day for what use to be such a great treat."

"Ordered an expensive $19 half dozen of normal glazed donuts that were undercooked, and the drive thru lady seemed unsatisfied disgusted looked while working and handing me my food. She couldn’t even tell me to have a nice day back. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Go to shipleys for cheaper and actually cooked food."

"The coffee is great and the food is delicious WHEN they have any… I’ve never seen a donut place be out of donuts and food as often as this place is. Even when you get there early? It’s really frustrating because me and my family love their donuts and croissants and things but they only have food like 25% of the time we come? We do keep coming back with high hopes because the food is that good lol just wish we could actually consistently be able to get the food we come to get. Always has coffee tho😅"
