"I’m really disappointed with both the drink and the app experience. The app automatically adds a 10% tip unless you scroll all the way down and manually choose no tip, which I didn’t realize until after checkout. I usually tip in cash directly to the person making my drink, so this felt sneaky — especially since I hadn’t even tried the drink yet. To make it worse, the drink itself was not good. I ordered an iced espresso expecting something dark and rich, but it tasted like a sugary, watered-down coffee that I couldn’t even finish. I didn’t have time to come back and ask for it to be fixed, so I was stuck with a drink I hated and a tip I didn’t knowingly choose. I actually came here because it was supposed to be cheaper, but with the automatic tip, it ended up costing more — which is frustrating when the quality wasn’t there. I wouldn’t have minded tipping if I enjoyed the drink, but paying extra by default for something I disliked really left a bad impression. Transparency matters, and so does quality. Pic for reference of how light the drink is for an expresso with no creamer and supposed to have just a splash of coconut milk (but the app doesn’t even have coconut milk as an option so I had to put almond milk even though y’all have coconut milk it’s so frustrating.) and it definitely wasn’t a splash of the milk. It is a lot of milk."

"I have been so impressed with this location of Beans and Brews. I go there to work on homework several days a week. The baristas are always so friendly and helpful. Chloe and Emerson have been so great. It is always so clean, the tables and floors are clean, my food is made so fast and is nice and hot! I especially love the turkey panini pesto sandwich, the avocado toast and the chai latte. While I'm in there working on school, they always are so kind and friendly to the other guests as well. Best coffee place ever. ❤️☕"

"Drinks were mostly good; although our hot drink tasted off. You could barely hear anything over the loud, unattended and probably over steaming milk. Ordered a ham & cheese croissant and a breakfast sandwich with bacon. Got the croissant but had to ask for the other sandwich because it wasn't being made. Received another h&c croissant instead of the sandwich we paid for."

"The customer service is very lacking, There are only two baristas who will be friendly and most the time when the drive through window opens they just bark the total and pretty much throw the coffee out the window after the transaction. It doesn't take a lot to say a few words of kindness. I have been a long term customer if Beans and Brews for many years but I don't want to spend my money where I feel very unwelcome"
