"This location is right off Bangeter hwy. Open late on Sunday which makes it very convenient for me. Great place. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. Lots of seating inside. No outdoor area to sit. This location has a large mug selection to choose from for purchase."

"If you enjoy Beans & Brews, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. The coffee was disappointing—my white chocolate mocha was watery and barely warm. The store looked clean and had nice merchandise, but the barista's attitude made the whole experience unpleasant. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was bothering her. I even left before finishing my coffee and muffin because of how unwelcoming she was. When I was looking at a mug to buy, she told me not to touch the products. Definitely not going back. Thankfully, other locations have always given me great service."

"This Beans & Brew is hands down the best one in all of Utah! Kennedy’s crew is just awesome—they’re always in a good mood, and they make sure this place is running smooth and spotless. I’ve been to plenty of coffee shops, but you can tell this one is on another level. They keep it so clean, no old milk smells or any of that nonsense you find in other places. Just fresh coffee and a welcoming vibe. The drinks are always on point here. Kennedy’s team is quick, friendly, and they genuinely care about making sure everything’s done right. They even remember you and what you like, there’s a long list of regulars, and they treat everyone like part of the family. It’s not just about getting coffee; they want to hear your stories and what’s going on in your life. That’s what makes this place so special. I go out of my way just to come here, and I’m always glad I did. Kennedy and her team deserve all the awards they can get for running such a great place. If you haven’t been to this one yet, you’re missing out big time."

"Asked for a ICED Mr. B and they made it hot then quickly added ice as i got to the window. Took a sip and the top half of my drink was cold and the bottom half was luke warm."

"There is a barista - she is a younger girl with lighter hair, short/medium hair length. She might be newer? Well I go to this location all the time and get the same drink order. Large iced matcha, light ice, lavender syrup and lavender cold foam. When I got to the drive thru, she gave me my drink and handed it to me pretty fast and I said, “wait! I asked for a large, this doesn’t look like a large.” And she stared at me disgustedly and said with an attitude, “no it’s not a large. Do you want me to remake it?”. I said, “yes. That’s what I paid for. Please.” She took the drink back, I saw her through the window just dump my drink from the medium sized cup to a large cup and she added ice to fill up the space more and handed it to me. Mind you, my order said “light ice”. I’m very unhappy with the service from this young girl. She doesn’t seem like she enjoys her job or has any passion for the drinks she makes. I’ve experienced her a few times before this as well and she was horrible."
