"I’m a bit confused and disappointed. Two days ago I ordered this exact same drink and it was priced at $12+, but today it rang up as $8+. This used to consistently be an $8+ item, so the inconsistency is frustrating. Normally, the staff at this location has been great—honestly, really great. However, the last couple of visits haven’t been the same. The service hasn’t felt up to the usual standard. I always order the same drink: a frozen caramel Cielo with extra caramel. After these last two dine-in visits, I’ve started questioning the consistency in both pricing and service. I’ve now begun asking for receipts just so I can compare going forward. I hope things return to the level of quality and consistency this location is known for."

"I have been a regular here for about a year now. The staff have always been really nice to me and are always somehow able to make a community based relationship that just works. Mary is the manager and has kept the place running the entire time no matter how frail we all think we are, she somehow finds a way to rewrite it as a strength when it appears. She has been able to manage how differently everybody thinks and acts very well into a coordinated team that somehow allows everyone to be themselves yet accomplish customer requests. I bring people here all the time and everyone I bring seems to be able to work across the line of business and personability. Thanks for all the winter escapes, conversations, and of course, the coffee!!!"
