"I started coming here because my favorite coffee shop of all time it’s in Ogden and I haven’t been working in that city for a while. I thought this was going to be another generic coffee shop with OK coffee and OK food but it’s actually one of the best I’ve ever tried and when it comes to franchise coffee and food, it puts all the other ones to shame. Which is why it makes me so sad to see that the workers are over words due to high demand however, to any corporate manager seeing this and trying to somehow blame the workers for that it’s not their fault that I hope they are getting paid well. They have been some of the most hard-working fast workers I have ever met it actually shocked me. I’m used to every place treating me with McDonald’s attitude."

"I’ve visited this place more than 15 times in 2025, and they usually get orders out in about 10–15 minutes. Only during their busiest hours weekends between 8:00–10:00 am have I seen wait times stretch to around 20–25 minutes. There’s plenty of parking and seating, and the team here is phenomenal. A couple of times when I ordered ahead, someone else grabbed my order by mistake, but the staff remade it on the spot super fast and super friendly. I really appreciate their patience and effort. They’re always polite when they interact with me, and I’ve even redeemed free bagels a few times by leaving feedback online. My top tip? Use the order‑ahead feature, most of the time, my order is already in the pickup area as soon as I walk in. I’m always impressed by how accurate their timing is on the app. Big kudos to the whole team for doing their best and for making such great food!"

"Talk about walking into a place and not feeling welcome at all. 5 min to wait for someone to respond to me and when they did not hi just you can go over there and order .. what really lol didnt even k ow what I needed help with. im here to pick up an order oh it's over there .. bahahah no I just order if im going to a place for customer service this is not the spot .. tired of the lack of customer service what happened to hi welcome to einstein bagel ill be right with you.. or how can I help you... cheese not even melted lolol"

"ordered on the way to have a fast pickup, having groceries in the car. i walked in and showed the order details, was told it would take about 5-10 minutes. that's cool! so i went and sat down. 20 minutes later i ask where my order is. they had cancelled the order on accident. no stress! maybe refund me or expedite my order. it was two sandwiches. it took them another 10 minutes to get the sandwiches. i saw a whole crowd of people come in and out while waiting for my order. when i finally got it, the sandwiches were cold. it seems as though they put the whole bottle of sauce on the sandwich. i've worked in food before and understand mix ups, but the way things were handled was very disappointing."

"0/5 stars — would not go back. I saw a fly sitting on a cinnamon roll inside the display case and when I told the employee, she brushed it off and made me feel embarrassed for pointing it out. She didn’t remove it or clean the case. That’s not okay or acceptable, even if it’s ‘just the display,’ because it shows how little the company cares about cleanliness. I still ordered something, but the whole experience was uncomfortable. I won’t be returning."
