"I ordered the gluten-friendly Texas Patriot pancakes and they were incredible. The pancakes themselves had a citrusy taste, which was amazing! I’m used to gluten-free pancakes always tasting the same, so the citrus flavor was a nice surprise that worked really well. They were fluffy. The berries and bananas used were as good and fresh as possible. The blueberries were crisp. The strawberries were the perfect texture and taste. The bananas were perfectly ripe. They were definitely made with love. They’re absolutely a must-try for gluten-free friends."

"My favorite thing here is the lemon poppyseed pancake stack (honestly the kid stack is big enough for me!) I also usually add strawberries and sausage, and with that it's the perfect mix of sweet and savory. It sometimes takes a minute to get your food, but it's a fun atmosphere. We like to sit on the couches up the stairs!"

"Great in theory! Not sure what the vision is here. Food was decent but not worth the price or wait. The food took over 45 minutes. It’s bizarre how few customers they serve in an hour. Bold decision to have a “pancake shop” with a singular, small griddle. The restaurant is not clean. No one wipes down tables in between customers. The flies around the dirty dishes in the back were a cherry on top."

"First, let’s talk about the food…yummy and served hot! Pancakes are fluffy, delicious, portions were perfect. Service was good, not great. Second, wait time was lonnnggg, especially for pancakes. Finally, the establishment is gross, it’s grimy, dingy and full of sticky tables and floors, everywhere is unkept. It’s your responsibility to clear your own tables and stack your dishes in the bins of nasty left over food from everyone else, the garbage is awful!! (Please clean the green metal table!!) Cleanliness is more important than the fun building and “stacked” idea. Unfortunately, we won’t be back."
