from Google"I was disappointed when Thirst stopped offering pup cups for the summer. They are now available again, but at a cost of 50 cents for the same or less whipped cream than their competitors have offered without interruption. The 50 cents isn't the issue, although perhaps it should be in light of the literally hundreds of dollars I have spent in the years of daily to 3x/day visits since this location opened. The issue is the lack of consistency in staff understanding about whether they do or do not offer pup cups. In one visit, I've been told in the order line they are no longer offered only to have the person at the window offer one, free or for the 50 cent charge. Get.the.story.straight - across all staff. I was NOT planning to write this review but another consistency is even more frustrating. I love the warm chocolate chip cookies that no competitor offers, but it's frustrating that the cookies are as expected about 1/2 of the time. Yesterday, I got cold cookies that were overcooked. Today I got warm cookies that were undercooked greasy circles that leaked chocolate all over the wrapper and all over the diner. No longer worth buying. Consistency - in messaging, in training, in product quality - is what builds customer loyalty. I don't like Swig or Fizz as well, but those will now be my go to."
"Thirst was a terrible experience from start to finish. I waited over 30 minutes and never got my drinks. They kept serving the drive-thru nonstop while completely ignoring everyone inside. There was about five minutes where no one was even at the counter or drive-thru window helping anyone. When I finally got someone’s attention, they made my order wrong. Then they tried to refund me but couldn’t figure out how. They could have easily remade my correct order in the time they spent trying to process the refund. I ended up leaving without my drinks and still have no idea if I even got refunded. The place was dirty — floors, counters, everything. Right inside the doors there was melted ice all over the floor, which was a major slip hazard. Completely unorganized, dirty, and unprofessional. I won’t be back."
"Wow, you need to change that sign out front. "World famous beignets", not even close. Those are dense dinner rolls out of a bag with some powder sugar on them. Beignets are a fried pastry that actually tastes good. Check out Cafe du Monde or Coffee Call in Louisiana. Those are beignets. I know this is Utah and the food here doesn't have much history but don't misrepresent foods that do. Stick to your dirty sodas."
"Love this place! Everyone is always happy and helpful love their cinnamon rolls, refreshing beverages and featured foods. A few weeks ago we had Banbury Cross donuts, last week we had yummy handmade pies, today we tried Umani Pizzaria. So good! Love that they partner and support local businesses."
"Love thirst! I’ve been going to thirst for years and always loved it. Only problem is that the past several times I’ve came the drinks have not had enough cream in them. Each time I’ve gotten a Dr. Mcreamy it looks like the cream is forgotten and I can hardly taste it. I went to a couple different locations and it’s the same each time. Edit: After emailing Ethan, the drinks are back to being just as good as I remember them! Thank you!"
