"I’m so glad I stopped in. It was such an inviting space. I like the use of low li lights to allow the sun to shine through the big windows. The smoothie seriously the best in town. I was a bit concerned because they don’t use ice but oh my gosh it was DELICIOUS. I got the purple haze. I also ordered the loaded toast. Definitely made perfectly. Everything was done by owner kassandra and made right in front of you. It’s a bit pricey but it’s moab pricey I feel like. Maybe down the road they could do locals punch card or something. But none the less it’s what we needed in town. I will come back and bring friends and try everything on the menu!"

"Desert and Tropics Health Bar is Moab’s newest gem! Their sourdough toasts are delicious, and the smoothies are just as amazing. I was really impressed by the quality of everything we tried. The smoothies, in particular, were a refreshing change from what I’ve had elsewhere. They’re thick, flavorful, and made with the ingredients they list (not 50% ice!). The space itself is cozy and inviting, a great spot to relax with friends, though I visited for breakfast with my son and we had a wonderful experience as well. I highly recommend stopping by for coffee, breakfast, lunch, a smoothie, or simply just because."

"I went in to Desert and Tropics Health Bar today and it was the best experience! The decor was amazing and the food was also! The most relaxing and amazing atmosphere! I ordered an iced caramel latte, simply avo toast, and the luxe! They were made on sourdough toast which was amazing! I am looking forward to coming back! "Healthy, delicious, fresh, and perfect to fuel or recover from your adventure. Yesterday I ordered the simply avo with balsamic glaze and prosciutto. Despite the high customer to staff ratio, the girl working did not sacrifice quality for quantity and made sure every customer recieved the best service. The presentation on my food was gorgeous, and it tasted even better. Staff put in lots of thought and attention to detail, again not comprising quality for any customer. I saw her carefully picking the flower for my latte! Very impressed by food and service, I would stop again when I am next in Moab."
