"Really good quality, I’m not Mexican but it seemed really authentic based on a few trips to Mexico and our love of Mexican food. Lots of really delicious food, solid value and very nice people manning the truck. We went twice on our trip to Moab. Hope these guys do well. 6 out of 5."

"Small meals, long wait and poor customer service. Upon our arrival at the ordering window we were immediately asked to wait for 20 minutes to place our order because they had “A LOT of tacos to make. “ I asked if they could make carne asada fries as it wasn’t on the menu and they said yes. We waited 20 mins to order but it was strange because they took another customer’s order right after I placed our order and they got their food before we did. Our food wasn’t ready until 30 mins later. They gave us cold carne asada fries ( Note: these were made 30 mins prior to getting the rest of our food) and all four meals.I paid $90 for what seemed like kid’s sized meals. Although I have to say the food was seasoned well.The customer service was HORRIBLE. You are better off going to good old Gilibertos of Moab. Do not waste your time and money here."
