"I am very disappointed with my experience here at Pasta Jay's. I have celiac and don't usually eat out because restaurants tend to be expensive for gluten free options. On a trip to Moab, my husband and I decided to to eat here only because the gluten free ravioli sounded so good. After being seated, we asked for the gluten free ravioli and was told the only thing on the gluten free menu was noodles and sauce. I figured it might just be for a busy night, but honestly, we should have just left then. Because I was told they didn't have any other options, I got the Alfredo ($18 with no meat) and gluten free flat bread ($3). The Alfredo came out as just noodles. There was maybe one tablespoon of sauce underneath the noodles. One noodle also had a price of meat dropped onto it. Cross contamination is very serious for me and did worry md that I would get sick. I placed the noodle on my husband's plate (you can see it in the below image). I tried coating my noodles and ended up asking for more sauce. I asked for sauce three times and received more sauce twice. The sauce came in a small cup that you would typically use for fry sauce. I was beyond frustrated of asking because we weren't being taken care of so I ate what I could. They never offered to take my plate back and remake it, but took back our neighbors plate for being "too saucy". I tried to enjoy the gluten free flatbread but it was an overcooked, burnt pizza crust. It was so hard to eat that I couldn't even enjoy it. Also, why do we have to pay $3 extra for gluten free bread when regular meals get bread complimentary?? We also never got our water refilled or had a carafe brought to us. Our total came out to over $60 (no tip) for food that was nearly inedible. For food this expensive, it needs to taste good. On a better note, my husband did enjoy his non-gluten free meal of cheese tortellini. We will not be back and we will not recommend this place to anyone we know."

"After hiking around Arches National Park, my family and I went here because they had gluten free options for my mom. They provide indoor and outdoor seating. We chose to sat indoor because it was too hot. The food was delicious. I ordered the tortellone alfredo and my mom ordered the pesto sausage pizza with gluten free crust. Wow, the food was great! The alfredo sauce with the stuffed cheese pasta with add on chicken was perfect. The chefs cooked it just right. For the pizza, the gluten free crust was worth it. Everything went well. Too fool to get dessert haha. Service was helpful, thank you for accommodating my mom for her gluten allergy. Come here if you want good Italian food!!"

"The pasta dishes were not just substantial but also tasty. Best thing is, the kitchen closes late !! Best to just pop in here if you are looking for a place for dinner around 9ish. Our server was also sweet."

"Visiting from out of town and stopped here. Not sure how this place has 4.2 stars…it should have 5!!!!! Hands down the best food I have ever tasted for the price. If I had to choose something to eat as my last meal on Earth…definitely Alfredo Williams. It’s been a decent while since I’ve had food that excited me this much. Worth the calories!"

"Wanted Italian and came to this spot. Love the story of restaurant origin, always down to support local places. The food looked and tasted fantastic! We both loved it, also came with garlic bread. Too much carbs though, need to eat in moderation. They are slightly slower with service but understandable. This place is packed. Very homey place, also has a bar. Missing a star because we also brought meatball sandwich home, definitely wasn't as good. There were only two meatballs in there, quite disappointing. However, would be back when in town!"
