What People Are Saying
from Google"We visited Singha Thai Cuisine in Moab for dinner during the winter holidays. As expected, the restaurant was busy, but they were able to accommodate us within about 15 minutes, which was great. The ambience was cozy and inviting. We ordered Basil Fried Rice with Salmon and Tilapia, Szechuan Fried Rice with Shrimp, Seafood Soup, and Drunken Noodles with Chicken. The dishes were well-prepared, flavorful, and enjoyable, though we found the flavors to be good but not fully authentic. Overall, Singha Thai Cuisine offers a pleasant dining experience with attentive service, especially if you don’t mind slightly Westernized Thai flavors. It’s a solid choice in Moab, particularly when you’re looking for a comfortable dinner spot after a day of exploring."
"This place is amazing! We got the garlic green beans, crab Rangoon, chicken yellow curry and drunken noodles. The hot saki was soothing and delicious. The curry was too spicy for my friend so they graciously took it back to reduce the heat and were very kind and quick about it."
"Visited during Thanksgiving week for dinner. Wait time for 45 min on Monday, 1 hr on Tuesday and 45 minutes on Thursday (thanksgiving). We finally had dinner on Thursday. You write your name and group size (no phone number) in the pad by the door and wait for someone to shout your name. Once inside, the service was quick, they brought the check quickly as well. Fried tofu was ok, drunken noodles were good. The ginger entree was delicious. The red curry was too. Entree dishes come with a bowl of plain rice."
"Singha Thai provides an authentic meal! I had moderately spicy red curry which was perfect! My boyfriend ordered the highest level of spice and he loved it! Service was great and bathrooms are clean! It's a must stop in Moab!"
"The place is fully decorated with a Thai vibe, and the dishes taste pretty authentic to Thai style. What I couldn’t get used to was the noodle dish—it was really wet and way too sweet for my taste. The Tom Yum soup, though, was decent and more enjoyable."
