from Google"We stayed 3 nights at voco Moab and loved it, for the most part. The hotel was new, clean, and conveniently located, as we spent our time exploring the nearby national parks. Every staff member we interacted with was helpful and friendly. We were in room 124, and were impressed by the room size and high ceilings. The bathroom could definitely use more towel racks or hooks, though. We also noticed that they provided earplugs that were left on the nightstand. After the first night, we understood why. The rooms are a bit echoey, and we could hear snoring from the next room. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay."
"Location was very convenient, we are visiting from Washington DC for our anniversary. The hotel is brand new, extremely clean. Kristina was awesome, she upgraded our stay when she knew we are celebrating our anniversary. And she was so kind giving us a bag of chocolate. Room was very clean and sheets brand new. Very nice and quiet atmosphere. Price was very reasonable for the service.worth every penny. Thank you Kristina , you made our stay memorable."
"Decided to bring the family to MOAB to go to Arches National Park after coming for an anniversary trip in 2024. We decided to go with a new chain as we always choose Marriot and came across IHG Voco. We choose based on the photos online and we were so pleasantly greeted with the way the room actually looked versus the online photos. The staff was incredibly pleasant and arranged a room with a gorgeous view of the mountains. We stay at a bunch of hotels in Utah and we have to say that IHG Voco was our favorite. The room was appointed extremely well and felt updated and modern with the choice of colors and tiles in the bathroom. The room felt actually fancier then other stays of equivalent category rooms. We really liked the plush of the beds and the warmth of the room. The expresso machine was a really nice touch to start the day. But honestly with two kids the real bonus was the heated indoor pool. Most pools that claim they are heated actually are pretty cold and the family does not spend alot of time in it. We went to the pool on both days and it was bath water warm and we appreciated it for both days of hiking and driving. Kids loved the pool and the parents loved the room. Quiet part of town with this hotel at the end of the Moab strip but super close to the restaurants and national park entrances. We will be telling all of our family and friends about this place. Thank you Dimple for the amazing stay for my family first trip to Moab."
"I’m surprised with all the negative reviews this place has. This hotel had exceeded my expectations. I’m a platinum member of IHG and have stayed in numerous hotels of theirs. Once I arrived at night, I was greeted with a friendly smile and easy check in after I confirmed my check in online after booking directly through them. The lobby was very inviting and very clean, the rooms are spacious and super detailed clean with the perfect smelling body wash and shampoos( great cleaning staff) ( appreciate all the small things). I was towing my trailer and wanted to have my trailer in sight from my room if that was possible, I was quickly assigned a room that works for my accommodations due to space of parking and availability. Please don’t read people’s hateful comments and enjoy your stay, the staff are super friendly. The coffee shop is run by the staff which wasn’t the greatest, they need to hire a barista as I paid $7 for half a cup of coffee filled but overall everything was great and from my experience Moab is safe place. This honestly will be one of IHG hotels I enjoyed staying in. Note: *the negative reviews on using third party agencies can and will sometimes overbook or reserve you rooms they don’t have. It is not the hotels fault."
"++ Room is modern and clean. Window can be open slightly for some fresh air. It is well soundproofed - even though our room was facing the road, we didnt hear the traffic. Bed is very comfortable. Heater/ AC is silent. Fridge is very good size. In the morning they offer complimentary tea and coffee (6am to 10am, same as breakfast time). The coffee is excellent, one of the best hotel breakfast coffees that I had. Microwave is available in the lobby area and it was always clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming. -- They put is in adjoining room, and we could hear our neighbors fairly well. They woke us up at 6.30am. The pool area had a very bad design - no views from the windows. Wifi is unsecured and was spotty on my phone. In the cold weather, it would be nice to have hot water for drinks publicly available for the guests. On the other hand, staff always gave us hot water when we asked for it. No apps such as Netflix or Youtube on TV. The front desk should be trained to actively give information about complimentary hot drinks for breakfast and what to do in the area. Some area info sheets would be helpful. We didnt get any such info. On our departure day we found out that very close to Moab is a vinyard and beautiful hike that is not part of the national park."
