"Does nobody train the teenagers they pay (very little) to run this business? EVERY TIME I get a coffee here it tastes disgusting. It's tastes burnt and bitter. I tell the "baristas" to pour my shots on milk not ice. They never do and it always tastes like trash. I refuse to spend my money at Starbucks. But I would rather never drink coffee again, than pay for and have to drink another one I get from here. Why do I have to tip before I get my coffee? I'm always tripping for garbage coffee."

"Beans and brews is my place but I usually go to 12th st just now I went to north Ogden and spent $25 on 4 drinks I wouldn’t mind if it taste Like a caramel cello but it taste like hot water! Then the guy that was helping me had an attitude because I asked for an extra small. I don’t see the reason why having an attitude when that is your job is to make coffee. Never again will I go back this is ridiculous! And I still tipped them 🤦🏽‍♀️"
