The presentation was great, our order was exactly correct, and the cookies were absolutely delicious. They even accommodated a special request for a lettuce wrap, which we really appreciated. "Ordered and paid for a banana cream pie, after they called me to say it was ready, I show up and they’ve SOLD my preordered/prepaid pie to someone else. No I’m sorry, no refund. Just a “well you can have this or that”. Ended up with a Dutch apple. But not what I ordered and not a professional way to do business. Tough to support a business when they don’t honor the orders that are placed."

"I love everything about this place! Everyone who works there is so nice, the food is amazing! Ok yes one time I had a sandwich that . . . actually I'll dock a star for this but just one since I've had the sandwiches three times and only once had this issue but one time my sandwich has only a tiny bit of meat right in the center. The sandwich was still good but if I wanted bread with their . . . mayo and mustard blend?, I would have bought a loaf and just made the blend myself if they don't sell the mix in store. I love their sourdough bread, I've even run down to just get a single loaf for homemade dinner. But yeah all in all it's a great place I would just suggest checking your sandwich before you leave to make sure it has more than a couple of small pieces of meat 😅"

"*edit I haven't eaten here much since my previous experience but decided to get some "French toast" today, so I went to the drive thru, got home and unpacked my "food". See pics to experience what I received 🤮. Burnt to a crisp. I took it back and they were nice enough to exchange it. This is not food! I enjoy the food most of the time, though the french toast can be a bit dry on occasion. However, the lady working there in the morning is incredibly rude. I forgot to order an extra sauce—knowing it costs extra— I had my change in hand, but she gave me attitude and said, "We charge for that." I told her I knew and showed the money in my hand, but she brushed it off with a "don’t worry about it." I would much rather pay for it and skip the attitude than get it for free with her bad vibe. If you "dine in" the music is way too loud"

"First time coming to kneaders and this place is very similar to a panera bread! i got the combo which is a half sandwich with soup and a drink. i got the roast beef sandwich on a baguette. the sandwich was good other than the bread being just a little hard. clam chowder was surprisingly delicious. lots of clams and clam flavor. the staff seemed undermanned so we were patient. despite being undermanned, they maintained professionalism and were friendly. the vibe is again, similar to a panera bread and a cozy cafe. would come again to this location!"
