"I have been to this location twice and neither time impressed me. The first time I ordered a mocha and it tasted like a glass of chocolate milk. This time I ordered a bagel sandwich and asked for cream cheese. The bagel didn't appear toasted at all. Got to the office - no cream cheese that I paid extra for. Or did I cause they never gave me a receipt. I also ordered a cup of coffee. The drive from this location to my office is less than 5 min. The coffee was lukewarm and tasted watered down for dark roast coffee. Won't be going back."

"12th Street Beans and Brews is superior! They are always consistent in their drinks and I find myself disappointed when I have to visit a different location. Not to mention, they have the BEST workers. Madison, Fern, Ryan, and everyone else are always so sweet and amazing!"

"Coffe was good, but avocado sandwich was awful- to salty and imposdible to eat (someone really put too much salt on a top). I felt as if I drank sea water. It took several hours to get nack to normal despite drinking coffee and water. I wanted to give feedback to ladies at the caisse, but no one was visible. So, I left a half-sandwich in a container near a waste bin hoping they understand that was not eatable. And waste of money. On a different note, nothing with healthier bread options is available. Everything is made with white flour."
