"rarely write negative reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Zupas. When you think of Zupas, you expect a high-quality, casual dining experience—but that was far from what I encountered. From the moment I arrived, the staff were unprofessional. The employee at the front was chatting with coworkers instead of attending to customers, and it took a while before my meal was even made. When I finally received my food, it was a mess. My soup was placed in a to-go cup even though I specifically said I was dining in. My sandwich plate was dirty, with leftover food and greenery that wasn’t part of my order. To make matters worse, I found a dog hair in my chocolate strawberry dessert. I politely asked for a replacement, and the staff offered no apology, simply giving me the smallest strawberry they had. To top it off, when my friend and I were leaving, the trash cans were overflowing and dishes were stacked everywhere, making it impossible to dispose of our own trash. Overall, I was very disappointed in my $17 meal. This experience was far below the standards I expect from Zupas, and I hope management addresses these issues."

"Around Zupas, there are multiple options available for similar food and drinks for both lunch and dinner. However, I have noticed that this place tends to be crowded during peak hours for both meals. They offer a variety of fresh vegetable salads, desserts, non-alcoholic cocktails, sandwiches, soups, and many other selections to cater to different tastes. I find that the food is a bit more expensive than at other places, but the quality is on par with the competition. I've visited for lunch a few times, and I have always been satisfied with their service and food. They provide comfortable seating for all age groups, both inside and outside."

"This place is great! The staff here is super friendly and they know me by name . I like to use the app. They always have my order ready in record time. The food is always fresh and tastes delicious. Their soups are wonderful! I highly recommend this place."

"Asked for a half cup of soup. They ended up pouring it and I had forgotten to tell the cashier to add it to my order. We were eating there and my friend had reminded me that she poured it so I felt bad that it was sitting there getting cold, so I came up to the cashier to ask about it and if I could pay for it and she went up to two different managers looking very inconvenienced as they talked. Then the manager came up asking me what the problem was and I continued to tell her what had happened. Then (even though both me and my friend saw them pour it) told me they didnt pour anything and I didnt even ask for it. When again both me and another person were there while they had asked if I wanted soup. I just really don't appreciate the fact that they treated me like i was going to yell at them or something when I simply felt bad for them pouring me a soup and forgetting it. Also when my friend was ordering they asked what was on the salad that they were going to get and while they were adding it told us we could take things out if we wanted but was already adding it before we could even ask. Disappointed for our first time there"

"Decent meal and a friendly staff. The sandwich was good and the bread it was on was tasty too, the lobster bisque was the star of the meal. The free chocolate covered strawberry was a nice touch."
