from Google & Yelp"Gigantic breakfast burrito, but somehow doesn't make you feel like crap after you eat it too. Homemade tortillas. Flavorful and quality ingredients that blend together amazing. Most flavor and ideal spice level salsa verde I've ever had. Affordable. Random but also a great place to practice your Spanish because they are so nice and welcoming!"
"Had lunch here with my son, we both had the special, spicy ribs. It was outstanding, SO good. Perfect level of spice (not too much) and the rice and beans were delicious. And they are so nice there, will definitely return."
"Had my first ever experience today at Rosa's. Heard alot of people talk about their breakfast burritos. So decided to try myself. Very cozy feel to the restaurant. Friendly staff. Didnt have to wait long for my order. I did the 3 meat burrito and it was epic! Size was huge! You can taste that it was made with love!💙💙 thanks again!"
"Found this little gem tucked away. They don't have many tables and/or counter space But it seems to go pretty quickly. In The short time we were there lots of people coming and going especially with to go orders. The girl up front seem to know a lot of people by name. We ordered the chile verde and boy was it flavorful and a little spicy which we liked! They don't have a big menu which I like, It means they're focusing on their main dishes and they offer both breakfast and lunch/dinner. They love their green chili. Give them a try, you'll be in and out in a half hour. You won't be disappointed."
"We decided to try this place based on the reviews. Good Mexican food is VERY difficult to find in Utah. Back home in Texas, you have “Tex-mex. And you have the. Authentic stuff. The authentic varieties are great as well as the Tex-mex. I love the authentic version too. And it is usually found at the smaller mom-and-pop places like this. I’m a huge menudo fan. The soup. Not the band. I ordered the menudo (it was a Sunday). My wife had a plate with one egg, refried beans, and potatoes. We both had a class of water. When we were rung up at the counter, it was $44!! What tha???? I didn’t say anything. I figured the menudo was a little more expensive because it takes so long to cook. And was expecting it to come in a huge bowl. Bonus! I’ll take leftovers home for later that night. Two meals for the price of one! Along comes my order. The bowl was small and square. Fairly deep though. Tripe, hominy and broth. Along with the onion, cilantro and lime. My wife’s plate came and the eggs were cooked perfectly. The potatoes were little cubes that were obviously once frozen, then deep fried. Ben’s seemed to be homemade. The flour tortillas were huge and homemade. Until the first bite of the menudo. …good flavor. But the afterburner was pretty extreme. Now keep in mind, I love spicy. However, as I continued to eat the menudo, the heat overpowered the flavor. So much to the point that it was not enjoyable and I could not eat it. I had mostly the tripe. But my nose was running so bad I had to go tongue bathrooms to blow my nose. But hey… the bathroom was immaculate. Very clean! As a rule of thumb, This is a good representation of how clean a restaurant will keep the kitchen. I doubt I’ll be back here again. Way overpriced for what you get."
"Oh get the green sauce on top. Warning it's got a good kick. Very tasty food with handmade tortillas."
