"First time at this Beans & Brews and it wasn’t anything to write home about. The location was great, it was clean, and the seating was nice. However, my drink wasn’t what I was hoping for. It was very syrup heavy and seemed incredibly watery, even with light ice. They were also playing Christmas music in August and it just wasn’t the experience I was looking for."

"I have been coming here every week for over a year. I tend to meet work contacts here for meetings and I cover the costs of their drinks. I bring this up because I spend hundreds of dollars here and I am considering taking my business elsewhere due to lack of professionalism of some of the baristas. There are two new girls that have been working the last two months who are extremely loud and oblivious to how they impact customers. They have messed up drinks semi regularly, and initially I thought it was because they are new, but I genuinely think they just don't care about their quality of work or don't understand the concept of professionalism. Sad to have to find a new coffee shop because I've been a long time patron of beans and brews"

They have great drink options with plenty of choices to suit anyone’s tastes. My personal favorite is the Cougars Blood with energy! All of the employees are genuinely the sweetest and make you feel so welcome and always have the best music playing. Go show some love to this cozy spot of Orem!"

"So... I'm probably not their "go to customer," at the advertise/promote to... Because I generally make coffee or tea at home, and don't want to waste $6 on something that will cost me two bucks at home. Haha. But, moving past that, I was generally happy with this new location here. It is right next to best buy, office depot, as well as a location for donating plasma. (But don't drink coffee before/after donating plasma.) Their BB Hot chai was pretty good, and I assure you it is much better than the other competition coffee shops, that try to promote chai tea. (But it is still best to make it at home.) The service was pretty fast, even though there was a good line of people at the drive-thru. Will I come back? Probably not, but I'm not saying I won't... Of the coffee shops, in the area, this may be one of the better ones."
