"Very disappointing experience at Harmon’s Café in Orem. I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes and no one ever came to help me. There was no sign posted indicating the café was on a break or closed. I eventually went to Guest Relations and was told the café staff was on their lunch break at 10:30 AM—which was surprising and frustrating, especially with no communication or signage. I also asked other employees nearby for help, but they were unhelpful and simply told me to keep waiting. Clear signage or better coordination would have gone a long way here. Unfortunately, this experience felt poorly managed and wasted my time."
