"Went here tonight for a dessert because the online images looked unique and fun. Well—it turns out that it was unique and fun. We watched the owner hand blend the ingredients on their cold metal surface and then laid the creamy mixture flat while the creamy goodness hardened. Then he used a scraper to roll the ice cream into cool cylinders and gently placed them in our shared bowl. Some fresh strawberries and whipped cream and a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk. Ooh la la—it was yummy. Even after we left, the flavors stayed in our mouths. Definitely gonna revisit these guys with more friends and family. He’s a local owner/operator and has been in business for about 5 years at various locations. I hope he stays in Orem—because that is most convenient for me. :)"
