"Swig has so many great flavors or drinks. I usually get a refresher while my girls get unlucky ducky and mango breeze. I love the variety and a little pick me up during my day."

"I really don’t like leaving bad reviews about what could’ve just been a bad day but, now that it has happened at least 5 times I thought I’d say something. Everytime I come I get to the window and nobody is there. The window is left open so I can see people inside but nobody comes to greet you and several times I am there for multiple minutes before anyone comes over. This time I literally saw a girl on her phone taking a snap and texting. I love their drinks but I wish the service was better 🙁"

"I'm a little allergic too coconut so I let the employees know and they are very knowledgeable of the drinks that don't contain coconut and always ask if I want to alternative cream and they always taste great!"

"I was really disappointed in our drink today. Ordered a diet Dr pepper with coconut cream and got the drink and it didn't have any cream which you can see in the picture. The girl taking our order was great but the individuals inside seemed flustered and rushing causing them to forget things."

"Don’t get me wrong I love swig and this location is the closest to my house. Love every worker there. But had a negative experience last time I went. The girl who took my order was super nice, but when I got to the window I was met with glares from a new worker I didn’t recognize. She was very short speaking to me and made faces at me like it was so horrible for her to serve me. Was bothered every time I asked her something and made no effort to be friendly. Maybe it was a bad day for her. I got her name later, it was Addy I believe. But my advice for better costumer service is maybe have her work behind the scenes if she wants to act negative and bothered by costumer presence. Other than that the service and drinks were amazing! But again maybe have her not work directly with costumers if she’s not feeling like being very friendly."
