"We're not in Utah anymore... well, actually, we are, but it doesn't feel like it. Stepping into Palomino is like teleporting to a buzzy metropolitan city, right on Main Street. The cocktails are craft, with a beautiful array, and expert presentation. The service is friendly and quick. The atmosphere is lovely, maintaining an upscale western theme. I loved Palomino, we will be back."

"The Palomino restaurant in Park City, Utah, is truly exceptional. With unmatched hospitality, it stands out as the top restaurant in the area and has become one of my all-time favorites. We had such a wonderful experience that we couldn't resist dining there three days in a row. They are now doing Saturday & Sunday Brunch, which is delicious to say the least. If you have an opportunity please try the charcuterie board- very unique, I’ve never seen or tasted one like it. Great atmosphere. Ashley and Courtney on the management team made us feel welcome and special. Highly recommended!"

"We love Palomino and visit as often as we can. The leading bartender, Mariano, is incredibly skilled and crafts delicious, inventive cocktails, and we voted for his creation in the recent cocktail competition. The vibe can be lively or low-key, depending on the energy on Main Street. The décor is stylish, and the people-watching from here can be a lot of fun. Every cocktail we’ve tried is inventive and excellent. Palomino is easily one of our favorite bars worldwide, and a must-visit in Park City."

"We stopped in to Palomino our last night in Park City. The place is fairly new but has a great cocktail bar vibe! My only knock on this place is the service. It’s a seat yourself spot but we sat for about 15 minutes before being waited on. Once we had a waitress she was great! I think this is just one of the learning curves of a new place so I’m sure it will improve. This is a great happy hour/light dinner spot in terms of the food. They offer a wide range of wines and cocktails, and their small bites and shared plates were really good. We got the Lobster Crackers, Shrimp Cocktail, Charcuterie Board, Goat Cheese Bites and their daily popcorn. I would recommend all of those but maybe skip the popcorn, it was just okay. The charcuterie board is also a pretty big portion compared to other restaurants I’ve gone to. Overall, if they iron out the new restaurant kinks I think this will be a great spot to go back to for future Park City visits!"
