The fluffy pancakes were amazing, the “funeral” hashbrowns were a delicious standout, and the eggs were so light and airy. Every bite was comforting and satisfying, and I left with a full stomach and a big smile. The warm, welcoming environment made me feel right at home. Highly recommend!"

"Had a great experience at Squatters Roadhouse in Park City! Marlon was fantastic & super friendly and attentive, which always makes a difference. The yellow curry was absolutely delicious and a huge bonus that it’s vegan-friendly. We also ordered the kids pepperoni pizza, and it was a perfect size for our two little ones (and they loved it). The Reuben hit the spot too! Really satisfying and full of flavor. Solid food, great service, and a spot we’d happily come back to."

"Being a 30 plus year local of Park City we have seen this location change a few times. We enjoy the atmosphere and especially Raquel!! She has a one of a kind high spirited personality that brings a smile to your face. The food is consistently good and well prepared. The menu choices are varied and match the ‘ski resort’ vibe. Many great selections of beer from our local brewery’s and if you like a beer with ‘spirit’ try the coalition hellfire…our favorite! For a real treat ask to be seated in Raquel’s section…you won’t be disappointed!"
