"The bubble tea here is good. They ran out of taro milk tea when I went so I ordered bobale tiger with 50% sugar and it was still pretty sweet. I wasn't a big fan of their Beijing noodles but their bubble tea and the egg waffle was good. The owner is super nice and she has a little girl who is very social - such a cute kid. The owner is very open to feedback so if you have one, don't be afraid to share it."

"Long story short, if you want to get your boba drinks in the morning, Bobale may not be a good option. We arrived there at 11:15am on a Saturday. We were the only customers there but finally got our orders at around noon. The service was very bad because: 1. The order app for Bobale did not work. We asked a worker to help us and it took him a while to fix it. 2. Only one item was available in the boba signature menu. Some of us ordered the Bobale Tiger, but then the worker informed us that it's also out of stock and asked us to choose milk tea instead. 3. There was only one worker there who spoke limited English. Thankfully one of us could speak Spanish so we were able to change the order when he informed us that Bobale Tiger was not available. 4. We wanted to get the classic boba topping, but the worker said it would take another 30 minutes to get it ready. Thanks, but no thanks. With that said, we're thankful that the worker was helpful and did his best. Poor guy. The drinks were pretty good, but the customer service we received did not make going to Bobale a good time."

"Bobalé has become the gold standard to which I compare all other boba tea shops. The flavors here feel fresh and homemade and you can feel the attention to detail that is put into every drink. On all my business trips I make it a point to try the boba and I can say without hesitation that Bobalé has the best boba I've tasted anywhere. If you're new to boba or Bobalé, I'd recommend the Bobalé Tiger if you're in the mood for a sweet treat, the Lavender Milk Tea if you want something a little lighter, or the Hokkaido Milk Tea (ask for it hot) if you want a toasted flavor surprise. In terms of the boba "toppings" most people enjoy the traditional chewy tapioca flavor, but if you want to try something new, I'd recommend trying the brown sugar "crystal boba." It's my personal favorite. Without a doubt, Bobalé is a 6/5. How to find Bobalé: Bobalé has moved into the Provo underground district and is located within "The Social" venue. This is an open-door no-reservation venue that is a cool place to hangout. It can be a little hard to find, but there are multiple entrances -- one right off of University Avenue (at about 50 N on the western side), but the easiest option is to park in the Public Parking Garage on 100 W and enter from the backside. Look for the big "The Social" sign and descend down the stairs into The Social and you'll find Bobalé!"
