"We just celebrated our son’s and daughter in law’s wedding and Zuppa’s catered our luncheon. They went above and beyond while we were ordering at the store. It has to be done with the App, but they sat down with us and guided us. Any exception we needed they took note of and made it happen. They delivered right on time. The soups were warm and everything was delicious! We were glad we ordered the chocolate covered strawberries and the infused drinks. It was just perfect. As soon as the ceremony ended we brought out the salads, sandwiches, chips, soups and strawberries. Everything was labeled. So, it was easy to refill. Their suggestions were spot on. And we just got a call today from Alisa. She was following up on us knowing how to use our rewards points. Incredible service! I highly recommend them."

"I can count on one hand how many times I’ve ever returned food. Meaning twice ever in 50 yrs. I ordered a Caesar salad at this location and it just wasn’t good. I felt bad returning the entire full bowl and apologetic to the manager who I learned really quickly she lacked any basic customer service skills like listening, repeating back what you heard, empathy and understanding, offering to make it right. When I approached her and explained the problem, her response was “I can’t take that back. You’ll need to leave it over there”, pointing 20 ft away to a clean up area. Sure sure. No problem Abby. Can I please get a refund? What was wrong with it? It’s not good and I cannot eat it. Can you please refund this? It’s $9 and really not that deep. Abby actually charged my card a 2nd time for the total minus the salad but never gave me a receipt of the original refund. I think I just paid double for really bad food. I’m going to make sure and spend all my future money at Aubergine down the street where the people and food leave a good taste for days to come. Adios zupas."

"HORRIBLE!! 0 STARS! We had a pick up order at 12:15 and we didn't get it until 12:43 PM. When we got home, our orders were made incorrectly as far as the sandwiches. Mine did not have bacon, but instead had extremely old guacamole. I thought it was mushrooms at first. It's not even worth it to go back. Definitely don't do pick up and just go inside! They totally prioritize inside orders. I saw our strawberries be set on the back counter for roughly 8 minutes before they were picked back up and covered in chocolate. There were several people who walked right by us, especially someone who looked to be a manager, and they would scurry past as quick as they could. I had to physically stop one of them to ask. Bad customer service and decent food. We definitely be trying another store closer.!"

"We felt the employees were more focused on call in orders, than to us. It doesn’t work to split attention by preparing orders for call in orders while and trying to serve costumers standing in front of them. With almost no one in the customer line and 7 employees working behind the counter we felt the employee’s attention was anywhere but serving the person standing in front of them. Trying to order and only have half the attention of the person trying to serve you if not a good experience for the walk in customer."

"Whenever I come to Utah for the winter from Florida, and make sure I get as many mills as I can ear because the taste of everything is mouthwatering. Unfortunately, it seems that every time I go to any Zupas all of the tables and chairs are dirty and the trash bins are overfilled with trash along with serve yourself drinks are gross. With this being local to the owners, I hope they know the condition that is portrayed to customers. After having it for lunch I wanted to come back again for dinner just to give it another warm welcome but unfortunately after completing my order at the very end on the app, it told me I was too late. So I went inside just before nine and they told me too bad that they are closed. So I went to café Rio, Mexican Grill, which is in the same parking lot and open till 10. Everything is clean from tables to drink dispensers, and the food was extremely fresh. I will come back to both again with hopes that.Zupas cleans up their act, because I would love to see one in Florida."
