"No lid for the medium fountain drink and the guy with the face tattoos behind the counter wasnt able to help out by refunding the drink or charging me to upgrade to a larger cup with a lid. Why would a convention center stock cups with no lids? The service was horrendous. Coming from a food service background I would fire this individual immediately."

"Sandwiches were okay, but waiting 23 minutes for a sandwich while watching the people making them talk and joke around like they had all the time in the world was unacceptable."
