from Google"No lid for the medium fountain drink and the guy with the face tattoos behind the counter wasnt able to help out by refunding the drink or charging me to upgrade to a larger cup with a lid. Why would a convention center stock cups with no lids? The service was horrendous. Coming from a food service background I would fire this individual immediately."
