"First off, Chip is the best cookie place in Utah. Unfortunately on our last visit, as we waited in line, we noticed the cashier accepting cash with her gloved hand. She then used the same gloved hands to apply toppings, touching the cookie, spoon, toppings, etc. We decided we’d still order since she was at least using a spatula to put the cookies in the box & we weren’t going to add toppings. While we waited we noticed she continued to be unhygienic with her gloved hand, touching her face , her hair, her phone, the register and screen. When it was our turn to order we were caught by surprise when instead of using the spatula as she had before, she grabbed our cookies with the gloved hands . We should have refused the order, but to keep it from being awkward we just paid and left. We tried to convince ourselves that it wasn’t a big deal, but the more we thought about the lack of basic hygiene, the more we become concerned about other hygiene habits or the lack there of. Please train your employees on proper food handling and sanitation requirements, we really want to continue to enjoy the best cookies in Utah."

"Great cookies! Good place to treat yourself some sweetness. They’ve also have mini OG (mini chocolate chip cookies) if anyone’s appetite is petite…but craves a chocolate chip treat."

"Chip is superior to crumbl. Every time! The chocolate chip cookies and biscoff cookies are so good. My kids and I also think they have the best sugar cookies for purchase. They have cream cheese frosting and the cookie is so yummy and not dense and too thick like crumbl or sodalicious or swig. Truly those are trash. We just went to the Provo location and there was only one employee on a Saturday night! It was busy and she was cooking the cookies, checking people out and taking orders. She handled it all well but why won’t Chip hire more employees for a busy night!? It also seemed a bit unclean to have someone handle money and frost the cookies back and forth."
