from Google"I’ve been here twice and both times have been such an amazing experience. The lady who runs the shop is so sweet. The tea tasting includes black, green, jasmine, white, oolong, fermented, and rose. She provides different desserts and snacks with of these tea courses (that she bakes fresh that morning!) definitely recommend setting aside a couple hours for this, $25 is such a reasonable price for this experience if you like tea!"
"This was an INCREDIBLE experience! Yaxian Pan and Michael were amazing hosts and so passionate and knowledgeable about tea! Everything was so delicious and unique! Yaxian Pan told us she made the treats that morning and they were delicious. The tea ceremony was so beautiful and intricate. I loved the teas, and they even treated us to one of their herbal rose teas at the end, and I will have to do another tea ceremony for their herbal teas in the future! All the teas were such high quality and she explained the difference between them. This surpassed all of my expectations and I am excited to come back soon! I highly recommend!"
"The best $25/person you’ll spend in Provo. Our group had so much fun sitting down, eating snacks, and trying different types of tea (I think we drank 8 different kinds!). The owner and her husband are so kind and an absolute joy to converse with. She explains the different types of tea and their history. She also let us try Chinese calligraphy! We were there for over three hours, and it barely felt like any time at all."
"Hidden gem is an understatement for this magical, family-owned teahouse. My friend and I visited after reading the five-star reviews online, and our experience surpassed our already high expectations. The owners, a lovely couple from China, served us at least six different teas with delicious homemade snacks and cakes (they woke up at 5am to prepare the mung bean cake!). It was a cultural immersion unlike any other I've experienced in Provo. We learned about the regions that each tea comes from, their histories, whether to steep each tea in very hot water or not, etc. and got the chance to practice Chinese calligraphy, including tracing our names. We ended up staying for almost three hours and left only to avoid overstaying our welcome, though our generous hosts continued to offer us more tea (and sent us home with complimentary samples). The space is beautiful (our hostess joked that it's because she waters the plants with tea) and includes a private room for parties and events. We will definitely be back."
"This tea house is absolutely fantastic! I visited the place on my last day in Salt Lake after having a week-long road trip to Yellow Stone. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and their passion for tea culture shines through. It's the real deal when it comes to authentic Chinese tea. Trusted me, I am Chinese. They treated us to some exquisite oolong tea that had a distinct, rich aroma. The fragrance of the tea only grew more intense with each brew, and I found myself completely immersed at the moment. The Chinese-style desserts they served alongside it were simply delightful. My partner and I indulged in Yam cake, green bean cake, and even some mouthwatering cheesecake. After a long road trip, this place was exactly what I needed. It offered such a relaxing and refreshing experience. Aside from the amazing tea, I also took the time to explore the different function rooms in the tea house. Each room in the tea house was beautifully decorated, with every corner thoughtfully designed to provide the best experience for their customers. The owners really put their heart and soul into creating a truly special atmosphere. If you're looking to have a truly pleasant and immersive experience of Chinese tea culture, I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed."
