"We hosted an event here and overall it went fairly well, but there were a few issues worth mentioning. Several of the PCs had problems that took time to sort out, which put us past the two hours we reserved and resulted in extra charges. We had also been contacted days beforehand about pizza and drinks, but when we arrived it turned out they hadn’t actually been ordered. They had to reorder them on the spot, so they didn’t show up until the very end of our reserved time instead of near the beginning like we were expecting. The venue is great for individuals or small groups gaming casually, but based on our experience I wouldn’t recommend it for larger groups or events that need to run on a schedule—especially if you’re streaming or have tight timing."
