"Will not be coming back. I got accused of stealing for filling up a reusable stainless steel cup rather than one of the paper cups they sell that are terrible at retaining ice. Didn’t know the policy that you can only fill the paper cups they sell haha thought it was like a maverick or 7 eleven where you fill your reusable cup then pay for a refill. I’m not sure if it was student or an employee but regardless the experience was really cringe. I’ll stick to going to maverick / 7 eleven . Drinks are cheaper and you can pay without the hassle of being publicly accused of being a thief over a $1.50 drink."

"I ordered one of the only 2 breakfast sandwiches on the menu. They gave no indication that they did not have the ingredients to make it. They didn't have the ingredients to make it. Their slothfulness led to me waiting 30 minutes without indication that my food had not been prepared (and could not be prepared), only to walk in and learn that they would not be preparing it. They offered a pithy substitution that left me hungry for hours and feeling robbed of the absurd $6 I spent for a bagel with cream cheese and salami at 8am. They will never be forgiven."

"I ordered the Guajillo burrito today for the first time and I wish I had gone to Taco Bell instead. The picture showed a burrito with sauce and cheese with a large portion of lettuce and pico on the side. There was no cheese, lettuce, or the avocado salsa that I ordered. The perks are the large portion size as the rapid preparation."

"Mediocre at best, this is a great example of how mid the on-campus food at BYU is. Bagel Bubble - Their breakfast bagels aren’t bad, around $7 - Lunch bagel literally had one slice of turkey meat and way too much guacamole (which was advertised as avocado slices😭) Provecho - The burritos are horrendous. Meat is greasy and flavorless, no sauce, no cheese, just spicy with no reward - I’ve heard the tacos are ok, but I still don’t trust the meat"
