"I've tried to give this place several chances bc it has the ability to be unique in Provo but it's unbelievable how terrible the service is. Unfriendly employees, you sit around waiting forever to place an order and even longer to get your food (once they forgot to place my order and just didn't tell me until I complained 45 minutes later). For a place that's rarely busy, customer service should be a top priority but most can't be bothered. Each time I feel like I need to apologize for bothering them. 4 chances was enough to give this place a thumbs down despite the food being decent."

"Had a great time here a few weekends ago! The mocktails were top notch and the bartender was very attentive! The food was good. The ONLY reason it's a 4* (in reality 4.5*) is the nachos were good, but got soggy soooo fast. It's likely because they stack it really high instead of spreading it out on a larger dish. Still super good, though. We shared with 6 of us and still couldn't finish! Most everyone liked the burger, but it was wayyy too spicy for me (I guess I'm a wimp). The desserts were top notch. We got the chocolate panna cotta and the raspberry cheesecake pot du creme. Soooo yummy."

"Incredible place to go for a drink and a chat ❤️ was thrilled to hear about this place opening up and it lived up to the hype of waiting for it. Great selection, the best small plates you could order, and calming ambiance. Prices are good and drinks are great 👍 loved my experience here and will be back again and again! "Me and my fiance went to Next Door tonight for the first time and it was amazing!!! The two bartenders were absolutely amazing!! I don’t remember the guys name but he had blonde curly hair and he made two of my fiancés drinks (surprise me was requested) and to say the least they both came out perfect and delicious!! We ordered the cheese curds with tomato soup and they were definitely a 100000/10!! We had such a great experience and overall wonderful customer service!!!"

"Great atmosphere. Service was friendly and attentive without being annoying. Tried the Chai Old Fashioned, Peanut Butter Espresso, and the Next Door Burger. Food and cocktails were amazing! Prices were reasonable too. I’m probably going to dream about those sweet potato fries…"
