"I came in tonight to get a few things, like always if you do not watch their system it won’t give you sale prices. The chips were buy two get three free but it was ringing up 2 for 2. I brought this to manger Shelly’s attention while she was changing in change for a customer and with an annoyed looked said they are 2 for 2 which I showed her that they were not and then she told me Cathrine would help me next. So I waited and then Cathrine acted so annoyed she had to assist with a refund because I was waiting by customer service and didn’t get in her line. ( no one directed me to do this, or I would of) When you work at a job you should be happy with doing said job because there are so many people looking for work and you giving off a vibe that you are annoyed doesn’t make the customer feel to welcomed. Plus it was not a me thing it was a Smith thing."

"Normally, Smith’s is just go to for grocery shopping. Not to any fault of their own, they are in a busy college town within walking distance for many apartment complexes. That being said, they are usually super busy, not very clean, and under stocked. Love the Smith’s chain, but this location is the exception."

"The bakery did an amazing job on my sons cake!!! I went to 3 Walmarts and another Smiths who all had broken printers so they couldn’t print the picture I had on to the cake. I finally called and this Smiths said they do offer it and advised me to place my order online. I did and the next day I got a call that their photo printer for cakes was broken. The decorator said she will do her best to make it herself and keep it Sea Animal themed and she did AMAZING. I was certain it was going to just be beach waves but wow. This was way better than the picture because it was done with so much love and care and it was a real creation. The cake tasted absolutely amazing as well but whoever decorated this, I’ll be back for every kid, every year moving forward."

"I went to this store on 1/15/26 and visited the deli, where I was served by Maddy. She was professional, kind, and efficient. She mentioned that it was her first day, yet she handled serving me and the other customers with confidence and professionalism. It was a great experience."
