After placing an online catering order, a store manager immediately reached out to confirm event details and flavor quantities. We ordered 750 cookies in eight flavors, and—after a last-minute panic—the team graciously fulfilled an additional 150 cookies with less than 24 hours’ notice. The staff was outstanding to work with, the cookies were beautifully decorated with no shortcuts taken, and they were a huge hit (especially the banana cream!). LOVED the lemon raspberry! The lemon brings the perfect citrus zest to cut the sweetness of the cookie. I’ll be back for another lemon cookie when I’m back in town 😋"

"This location was a horrible experience. I came in and there were teenagers who didn’t work there behind the counter and walking in and out of the back. They were blasting explicit music. I ordered a gluten free swizzle sugar cookie and got a peanut butter base cookie, who knows if it was gluten free with a ton of swizzle sugar frosting on it after waiting forever to get it. Never going back!!"
