from Google & Yelp"We had so much fun at Art Cafe! A cozy little spot to hang with friends and make something. My only note with this place is their snack/drink option. It was sad. I wish they had elevated drinks like tea or coffee and snacks that weren’t prepackaged. Wine would even be fun. Other than that, a fun time!"
"Created "The Garden Knows Her Name" Collage tonight at @ArtCafe — the most magical little spot on 870 E 900 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84105 Under soft lights and surrounded by vintage paper, this collage unfolded like a story I didn’t know I was ready to tell. Highly recommend! #artcafe #vibes #collageart #dowhatyoulove #2025 #christinascreations #art @mischris007 Instagram 💜🩵💙"
"We seriously had the best time at the Art Cafe with watercolors and snacks! Such a perfect spot for a date with friends with a warm and welcoming ambiance. Will be returning!"
"If you’re looking for a cozy spot to have a girls night, or even a solo date, definitely visit the Art Cafe! The concept is so unique and fun. You can choose your “entree” for your craft and they’ll bring all the supplies to your table. They have some snacks and drinks to order separately as well, but I’m hoping in the future they can expand their menu to include coffee or even wine! Overall, this was such a fun spot to spend an evening at & I can’t wait to go back!"
"First off, it's a cute spot and a GREAT idea. It just needs some improvements. If you love this vibe, do it! But get one entree and no snacks. Not worth it to do more than that. As an artist, I was deeply disappointed in the quality and limits of materials in this cafe. I paid $40 for cheap quality oil pastels and a generic, poor-quality "house sketchbook." I could buy both of these things (for better quality) for less! An easy fix to this: stamp the sketchbook with an SLC art cafe logo, and it instantly becomes a novel souvenir that markets for you. Make sure materials are stocked (magazines for collage options were extremely picked over and there were like 3 pottery options - including a Christmas tree... It's January?). Didn't expect the charcuterie board to be essentially a lunchable 😂 This is an honest review that I am absolutely willing to change as it improves. I want to support this amazing idea and business, but if you're charging $40+ a person, it needs to be up to a decent standard. I know art supplies are expensive but there is so much else you can do to create a truly enjoyable experience, because to be honest, we are paying for the experience! Lunchables and limited options are an immediate disappointment to an experience we literally make a reservation for. With a communication masters and marketing background, I have experience in creating atmosphere. Happy to give more suggestions or contribute to the development of this business! Let me know if you'd like to discuss more of these issues in depth :)"
"This is my spot! It's rare to find a place that you can frequent and have such genuinely nice interactions with the people who work there. 10/5 on the..."
