"I'd like to bring up a concern I've experienced during my recent visits. When I order a dairy alternative chai, I've noticed that it often contains chai from the bubbler, which includes powdered skim milk. This has been a bit disappointing, as I rely on dairy alternatives. I would greatly appreciate it if the staff could be reminded to avoid using products with dairy in them for these orders. I prefer the Oregon chai that’s stocked behind the counter, as it works the best for people with dairy sensitivity.
