"I never leave reviews but I’ve gotten 3 bad drinks in a row and won’t be going through this location again. The customer service isn’t bad per se, but the employees always seem agitated and every drink I’ve gotten is milky- lattes and matches and I don’t have this issue at other locations so it’s not a me thing. I have been a barista for years and if a drink is too milky when you’re making it it’s pretty obvious, so it’s annoying paying 7$ and tipping for a drink that was clearly made without care. An extra 30 seconds is the difference between customers feeling like they wasted money on something they won’t enjoy"

"The Barista Robin was SO helpful. We had an issue with our gift cards and they helped us out. So kind and thoughtful. I’m so worried to cause a ruckus and they were so kind and patient with us dorks. Delicious food"

"The past few times I’ve been in my coffee cup was maybe a little more than half full when I received it. I called in this morning to let them know (expecting them to make it right) and the employee responded with “thanks for letting us know”. This location does not have good service, if I’m paying $8 for coffee I think I should get all 20 oz."

"I’ve been to beans & brew several times throughout my childhood. Growing up I loved the money milk and the baked goods like the blueberry muffins. Now as an adult a few of my favorite drinks are the crème brûlée latte and the Cookie Monster Frappuccino. Beans and brew has always made me feel welcomed each and every location I’ve been to has had excellent service and quality."

"Always a great experience here. I am there every Sunday. They are always looking out for me with my tea, and always offer a couple icecubes as the water is quite hot. Its very clean and nice place for a quick visit, not crowded and overwhelming."
