"Such a cute spot! I really like the Gateway. It's sad to see it empty. I think this is a great dessert spot in the shopping center. First and foremost, their croffles are DELICIOUS! They come out hot with delicious toppings on top. Also, they have MANY different unique flavors, including matcha (one of my favorite flavors ever). Secondly, I love how it's currently a small business. I love supporting these places. Thirdly, I've been craving a croffle for almost a year since eating an amazing one in Italy. Therefore, I'm ECSTATIC there is a designated croffle place in Utah! The croffle itself is so good that I can definitely eat them plain, no toppings needed. I will be returning :) Regardless of how The Gateway is doing, I hope this business thrives!"
