"Honestly one of my most favorite spots I've tried in SLC! The service was probably the most outstanding part, the barista was incredibly friendly, and we had a quick but real conversation while she was making our order. The space is compiled of other local businesses, so you have a lot to explore while you're there. There's a very supportive ambience, and it's cool to see people supporting each other like that. They have services and supplies for the homeless community, and are seriously welcome to all. We ordered That's Nuts and Rise from your grave, and Sam's Slammin Smoked Salmon."

"Hallowed Grounds is hands-down my favorite coffee shop in the city! They serve amazing espresso, delicious teas, and tasty gluten-free treats—all inside a beautiful church that's over 100 years old. The atmosphere is so unique and full of character. I love the sense of community here and discovering the other small businesses in the building. Everyone is lovely and so friendly too. It’s the perfect cozy spot for studying, working, catching up with friends or just enjoying a sweet treat. Love grabbing a Shae Latte and Pearl of Great Rice. Spam and eggs is my ultimate comfort breakfast and I'm so glad I can get it here!! 💖"

"Huge shout out to Sam! She makes the best coffee, hands down. I normally drink a simple black coffee, but she’s opened my eyes to a world of new possibilities. I asked her to make me a coffee that tasted like fall in a cup and she delivered. If all the baristas are half as good as her, you won’t be disappointed. Also, I love the grungy vibe of it all. This place is in my weekly coffee shop rotation."

"Welcome to your new favorite coffee shop! Amazing! It’s so hard to find safe breakfast options in SLC, well not anymore! So many great comfort foods that I miss and everything is gluten free. Coffee was the best coffee I’ve had in a long time (you can actually get safe oat milk and flavored coffees without having to worry). Inside a beautiful building with other small business and a great space to work remotely in."
