"This is my first time using Harmons catering. The store is beautiful and in my past experience Harmons food has been good, but I have had an utterly frustrating customer service experience trying to order catering from Harmons over the past two days. I have been unable to create an account and checkout because the website will not send a code. I attempted via multiple browsers, devices, and accounts to ensure the issue was not on my end. I submitted feedback online via the site and then contacted the store and set up an account manually, with the agent informing me that I should now be able to login. When I asked about the password, he said I should be prompted to create one when upon the first login attempt. Guess what this required? Yep, a code. So I drove here in person this evening to order for the event. I spoke to a total of five different associates, each directing me to a different department. A member of what I believe was management finally sent me to 'The Kitchen' and said they could help me, but I was told to order online or come back tomorrow (the people able to help with that leave at 2 PM). I will come back tomorrow and order here, as the food is good and my event menu is already planned around my anticipated order, but I don't know if I will ever use Harmons for future corporate parties. It has simply been too much time and headache."
