from Google & Yelp"Hugo coffee roasters is a delightful coffee shop in the Salt Lake City International Airport. The team at this location are charming and remember you if you are a regular traveler. Their service is quick and attentive. The coffee is a good roast and satisfies, plus it serves a good cause. Recommended"
"Hugo Coffee Roasters was a pleasant surprise during a 2 hour layover. The coffee was good, and so were the pastries. Service was friendly and quick, and they even had decent music on. The atmosphere is warm and the couches are really comfy when you need to sit somewhere for 2 hours. Best of all, they support animal causes and have pictures of cute dogs all over the place! The snowboards and skis on the wall are a really nice touch too. As a snowboarder and a dog lover, this place has my vote for best place to relax in the airport!"
"I had a disappointing experience at Hugo Coffee in the SLC airport. The coffee wasn’t great, and the latte was poorly made—they didn’t froth the milk and instead seemed to just boil it. While they try to be very quick with service, the focus on speed comes at the cost of quality. The bakery items also didn’t seem fresh. Overall, not what I expected and likely wouldn’t stop here again."
"Skip Starbucks and go to Hugo instead. It’s located in between gate A33 and A31. My favorite drink is the hot oat milk coconut latte, taste the same as Beans and Brews hot Carmel cielo with coconut syrup and oat milk. My favorite sandwich is #4 ham and Swiss. I always go get my coffee and sandwich here in the morning, the staffs are very friendly. The seating area is quiet and comfortable. They also help dogs so that’s a plus for me. 10/10 Definitely recommend."
"Hugo with the Flow. Nice people, fast service, cozy chairs, cushy sofa seats for deep chillin and fresh Strawberry Parfait. Whaaaaa…. When I’m at SLC I know where to Go to feel the flow and his name is HuuuGoooo. Mic drop ….(I’m really tired traveling a lot so I’m loopy but this place is cool)"
