"You order at a kiosk and if you aren’t careful will end up with way too many sauces and it doesn’t let you remove additional ones unless you completely remove that item and start over. The portions are definitely on the bigger side which was nice so you don’t feel like you aren’t getting your moneys worth. Having tried quite a few hot chicken places I knew to start low on the heat just in case so I got my sandwich in mild and nuggets in medium to have a comparison. Both had absolutely zero heat. Good flavor on the chicken itself but the pretty bird sauce just tasted like mayo and lime juice. It made every bite just taste like lime juice and even the chicken itself had a lime juice taste. If you really really like lime flavor maybe this is the spot for you but I wouldn’t recommend otherwise. I would maybe try it again at a higher heat to get some more flavor and spice since the mild and medium were very lacking. As a side note I would not recommend coming here to have a conversation as the music was so loud I would have to speak uncomfortably loud so people could hear me."

Now let’s get to the best part — the food. As a chicken lover, this menu was everything I could ask for. I ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich and the Pretty Bird Chili Garlic Nuggets, and both were absolutely amazing. The sandwich was massive (in the best way) and packed with flavor — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. One of the best I’ve had! The nuggets were also great — bold flavor and a nice kick from the chili garlic. My only suggestion would be to toss the nuggets in the sauce instead of drizzling it. That extra coating would make the flavor even better. Overall, this place is a winner. I’ll definitely be back — Pretty Bird just became my go-to chicken spot in Utah!"

"This place is always a hit or miss. Sometimes you will get hot and fresh chicken/fries and sometimes it'll be room temp and cold. You can get a better consistency at another hot chicken down the street. Other than that, the price for the 10 piece meal is pretty good for the amount of food you get and i always never finish because the nuggets are huge and you get a lot of fries! The sauce is one of a kind, I enjoy the lemony fry sauce they have. vs raising canes has more herby peppery type of fry sauce. So whatever you prefer. I like this one because it cuts through the fat and grease with fried foods so i dont ever feel sick of eating. I have seen other reviews complaining about the meat being grey and all sorts of colors. Thats because chicken thighs have various colors and they are not spoiled. Its smart for the owner to make fried chicken with dark meat because it practically cannot be overcooked, so it always stays juicy and tender. If you do not like dark meat then get chicken tenders instead since its white meat. Definitely worth a try but don't expect hot food fresh from the fryer. I assume come when they open or during rush hour so you can possibly get the freshest chicken out of the fryers."

"This is a good Nashville hot chicken spot to eat at. I had the chicken sandwich with fried and a garlic chili nuggets on the side. The chicken was very tender and the sauce was a great but a tad bit too sweet. The fries were decent fried well with a choice of sauce. The atmosphere seemd like a clean open space with white tiles and all. The outdoor patio seating is s nice touch when you want to get fresh air while eating. The staff was nice and very attentive in cleaning or making sure we were satisfied."
