What People Are Saying
from Google"Swig has the worst customer service of any chain I’ve ever encountered. I bought a tumbler on Black Friday as a Xmas present and it broke 2 days after opening it. I contacted customer service and sent pics and they are SO SLOW and now say it is too late for a refund even though I contacted them within 30 days of purchase. It is a poorly-made tumbler and was a waste of $30. I was a loyal customer and now I will go to one of the many other soda shops in the area."
"Disgusting. I'm not sure how else to describe how this whole fiasco unfolded. We waited in line for about 20 minutes, which is understandable since they were busy; however, my problem starts the moment we placed an order of 4 drinks and were not told rhey were out of ingredients for all 4 drinks. Strawberry breeze was just served with coconut cream and water (no vanilla syrup, no strawberries and no strawberry syrup) and the mystic mango had missing dragonfruit. At this point, it's ridiculous to say they did not know they were selling a product with out of stock items. Even worse, the fact that they ran out of products on a Saturday around 4.00 pm!!!! That's very poor management skills and provision planning idiocy imo....it's the weekend, in July, you should know better than to sell something you do not have because you didnt stock up properly. Not to mention, we paid full price for the items and at no point was a discount offered since we were definitely not getting what we had ordered. Do take not that it is extremely disturbing how easily employees can lie about the products sold, omit to tell the truth and still charge full price for items they know are not what the customer is paying. These actions speak volumes on the ethics and morals of your company, the people running it and the employees working there. What a terrible and disgusting experience. My first and last time going there."
"Great drinks, but overpriced. I'd like this to be a walk-in location, but they still let me walk through thr drive-thru! As my taste buds were hit with the flavor of thousands of coconuts concentrated in one sip, Dr. Pepper cured me of all my illnesses, and raspberry purée coated my throat, a light descended upon me. And I heard the voice speak, "Go and tell them the truth, Bennet, go tell them the truth!""
"We just had the BEST experience at swig on 2330 E 3300 S. We showed up with a group of 5 Swig virgins full of questions. The young gentleman with glasses helping us order was FANTASTIC. He had only been working there for a few weeks but answered our questions quickly and was very cheerful and an absolute joy to chat with. He brightened our day and seemed to really enjoy his job. 1000/10 job to that man and to Swig for hiring him. The drinks are good too."
"Last night I visited the Swig location in Millcreek as a break from studying for finals. While I was there, I noticed something concerning. One girl who was small, blonde, and very sweet , she was taking orders and working hard all by herself. When I went up to the window, I also saw another employee on the floor cleaning. Meanwhile, three other girls stood together on their phones, watching the others work without offering any help. It seemed like the two girls working were overwhelmed and overworked, and if the group on their phones were managers or leads, the situation felt especially unprofessional. I felt really bad for the employees who were actually doing the work, and I wanted to share my concern because it didn’t reflect well on the management or the work environment."
