"We decided to try this place out on a whim, and I am stoked that we did! We were helped by a lovely Kat, and another girl whose name i didn't catch, unfortunately. They allowed us to try samples to help us decide, they were so patient with my indecision, and they gave us great recommendations! I got the Utah bowl but with roasted chicken rather than shredded, and half sweet potato half spaghetti squash. I also added a side of the cucumber and sweet peas because the sample was delightful! The portion sizes were hearty which was great because I was actually stoked to have leftovers to take home it was so good! My mans got a CYO and said the beef was a bit dry but otherwise he liked it and enjoyed his sides of spaghetti squash and cauliflower. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone! The food was fresh, the flavors were amazing, the price was worth the large portions, the service was immaculate, and the overall ambiance was lovely. Great place for a date!"

"Just got off the phone with Melissa about some issues I’ve been having with the catering and point system… basically without writing a long story, you should know that even though the food is the amazing, the points take a while to apply to your account. BUT everyone I’ve talked to about getting this taken care of has been super accommodating, so positive and patient. To hear more of the story, I wanted to apply my points for dinner tonight but I realized I didn’t get a confirmation on if I have points after I made a large order about 10 days ago. I didn’t hear back from one of the managers after I initially called about it last week, but I made another call to Melissa and she made some arrangements for me to get my food from points even though I’d be going to a different location. I hear that they will be changing systems soon because it would be really awesome if Vessel got an app and you can apply your points like cafe rio, costa vida, or even zupas. That way you can enjoy your points sooner than waiting more than 10 days. Overall, this is a great team and company… I love the food and the atmosphere."

"Vessel Kitchen never disappoints! They have so many unique options that are all so good. I went there this afternoon and the person at the register was so friendly and helpful when I ordered. I always super appreciate that because it really makes the whole experience that much better. I ordered two custom plates and they were ready quickly. The first plate was braised beef and horseradish sauce, mashed potatoes, and mac & cheese. These are some of my go-to’s, along with the Brussels sprouts and spaghetti squash. My second custom plate had the latter along with citrus feta beets and the Al pastor chicken (I got the Peruvian green sauce to go with it). I also love how many outdoor tables this location has so my friends and I can take our dogs and eat outside when the weather is nice, which I did today! As usual, everything was great and I will definitely be back again."

"Was pretty disappointed with my dish. The presentation was beautiful but the dish was ok. I had a braised beef bowl with sweet potatoes topped with green Peruvian sauce. The beef was really dry. Tasted like an over cooked chuck roast from the crock pot with no flavor. The sweet potatoes weren’t the best combo.. I love the restaurants concept of clean eating but selling at a higher price point I would expect better tasting food. Other than that, service was fast and the restaurant was clean."
