"I ordered three drinks here. We order three caramel b and b frappe with espresso and whip. Two large and one medium. There was no espresso in the large drinks, so we asked them to remake it. The medium tasted like there was no caramel. It tasted like black coffee blended. But, my sister didn’t want to complain about it as she just wanted to leave. I was here for 10 minutes waiting on the large coffees. Ultimately the two large came out tasting great! Please understand that we spend our hard earned money here. We aren’t trying to be bratty, just get our moneys worth. Employees should be a bit more happy and friendly. I have never waited so long for coffees and felt like I was in the wrong for wanting what I ordered. Do better guys:)"

"I have been regular here for three years or so. I schedule pick ups and my drink is always ready for me and always made correctly. I really appreciate the staff here they have never once given me a problem. If I were to guess, I would say this is a training store, and the staff kind of changes every now and then. Everyone is always trying their best. My order can be kind of complicated, so I try to be as understanding as possible. Especially, if I see someone I don't recognize. However, after all of this time, I have had tons of delicious drinks, and minimal problems. Thanks to this Beans! You guys are awesome!"

"This is my fourth time buying coffee from this location and each time it has been made wrong. It's either watered down, or the wrong drink or they leave out ingredients. I don't recommend this place. The baristas need training on how to make coffee. If you want satisfying coffee don't come here."

"This last experience, we were waiting in the drive thru for quite some time and when we made it the window, the barista apologized for how long the wait was and said it was on the house! It absolutely made our day 🥰 Beans & Brew has always been my number 1 coffee place! I love this location also as they always make the coffees a perfect taste and consistency if frozen, and the food is always great! Thank you to your staff for always making it a great and positive experience!! ☀️"

"Workers should not be allowed to keep AIRPODS in their ears while you are trying to order, repeatedly, while they mess up the order. Finally taking out her AirPod which clearly had media playing after 5 corrections… I was there for at least 10 minutes and had to correct her multiple times before getting someone else involved, then I finally get the order and leave and realize that they forgot to give me another part of my order. So I then had to turn around and go all the way back down the road to get the rest of my order. Completely unacceptable level of customer service. Wasting 20 minutes of someone’s time and it takes 5 at every other location."
