I was hoping it was a limited trial, but when I went to compare the menus this morning, I see they have now all been decimated. Not a good change. Also, why the change to panini-ing all the croissants for a warm sandwich? Misses the point of a light fluffy croissant, to have it smashed and compacted. The hot lids are getting consistently worse. If you've tried to drink from one, you know. Went to a location that said they were trialing new lids and cups. I don't know if that's true, or if someone ran low and had to get something fast, but they were awesome. That would be a great change. May seem like little things, but for a coffee shop that we frequent (frequently!) at multiple locations, it could add up to us finding a new coffee stop."
