"Made my drink wrong twice. Not a happy environment. The girl at the register was nice, but the girl making the drinks was so not nice. Three shots with equal parts of steamed cream and one raw sugar. You would think that my request was inappropriate by the way the gal acted."

"This applies to all the locations, so rather than a bunch of individual reviews, here I am - My number one concern: What did you do to your app menu? You even removed *basics* such as cappuccino. Even if I can go order direct at a store from a full selection, it removes all the convenience and speed of the app. When I saw the reduced menu at our go to location yesterday, we ended up going to another location to get what we wanted. I was hoping it was a limited trial, but when I went to compare the menus this morning, I see they have now all been decimated. Not a good change. Also, why the change to panini-ing all the croissants for a warm sandwich? Misses the point of a light fluffy croissant, to have it smashed and compacted. The hot lids are getting consistently worse. If you've tried to drink from one, you know. Went to a location that said they were trialing new lids and cups. I don't know if that's true, or if someone ran low and had to get something fast, but they were awesome. That would be a great change. May seem like little things, but for a coffee shop that we frequent (frequently!) at multiple locations, it could add up to us finding a new coffee stop."
